Customer service centre of “Rīgas satiksme” at Brīvības Street 49/53 will be temporarily closed
We hereby inform that on October 14-21 the customer service centre of “Rīgas satiksme” at Brīvības Street 49/53 will be closed and to be transferred to wider premises. It’s scheduled that the centre will reopen on October 23 at the same address, and will occupy the premises of “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks”.
There will be no changes in the operation of other customer service centres. They are located at Brīvības Street 191, Brīvības gatve 384b, Kurzemes Avenue 137, Prāgas Street 1, Spīķeru Street 1 and Vienības gatve 117a. You can find the addresses and working hours of the customer service centres on the “Rīgas satiksme” website at www.rigassatiksme.lv.
In „Rīgas satiksme” customer service centre, one can apply for and receive personalized and non-personalized e-tickets, Riga resident’s cards, pupil’s e-cards, as well as receive and extend the status giving the right to fare discounts and solve different other questions related to “Rīgas satiksme”.
